Player A (Red) hits/kills Player B (Pink) ---Results---> Player A stays Red, and does not gain additional hours.

If you kill someone who has a white name, your name turns red for 2 hours (2 hours per kill for each white named player) and your chances of dropping equipped gear is high, during that time. (Refer to the chart above).

If you fight back against someone who is attacking you, the names of both players, turns pink. When both opponents names are pink, your names will not turn red by killing each other, regardless of who attacked first. Also, EPs that heal someone who has a pink name, gets a pink name too.

If you are going to help a guildmate, and he/she is attacking a white named player, then your guildmate began the attack, and their opponent is NOT fighting back.

It may be best to not fight back when someone tries to Pk you. If you are killed, the Pker then gets a red name. You can get revenge by marking the spot, with a waypoint, and go to the waypoint (with help if wanted) after reviving. Done this way, your chances of getting drops from the PKers inventory, is increased (their name will be red). Of course, you must win the battle with the PKer for their stuff to drop.

Note: Any player that has a "doll" in their inventory, will not drop items.
