It did not mention the hybrid build of axe/spear, i.e., specializing in both axe (first) and spear (after lvl60+). Many agree that it is the best WR build for both PVE and PVP.

I could not find any English guides either. Here is the summary of what I see in some Chinese websites.

Hybrid build of Axe/Spear

Reasons choosing for Axe: PvE
1) Axe has most AOE skills, and is good for PvE.
2) Heaven's Flame is the best BladeMaster skill for doing FB, TW, and GvG.

Reasons for choosing Spear:
1) Farstrike has the longest range in all BM skills.
2) Both Farstrike and Meteor Rush are good at PvP.

Point distribution per level:
1) 3 str, 1 con, 1 agi initially
2) Str target: 270, which is the requirement of a lvl87 golden hammer. After reaching it, distribute points like 3 agi and 2 con per level.

Armour: Heavy + stones with magic defenses, jewelry with magic defenses

Skills: (names according to http://perso.numericable.fr/ecatomb/pw/skillpwi.html)

Offense
Tiger Maw lvl1
Draw Blood lvl1+ -- bleeding
Stream Strike lvl 1
Aeolian Blade lvl 10. -- possible stun
Drake's Ray lvl 10 -- long distnce attack
Ocean's Edge lvl 10 -- high damage, low cooldown
Fan of Flames lvl 10 -- partial AOE, faster cast than Axe AOE skills
Drake Sweep lvl 1+ -- need vital points
Lion Roar lvl 10 -- stun

Axe & Hammer Mastery lvl 10
Drake Bash lvl 10 -- stun
Highland Cleave lvl 10 -- AOE
Fissure lvl 10 -- AOE
Heaven's Flame lvl 10 -- need vital points, but good at FB, TW, and GvG

(Add Spear skills when u have enough Axe skills for PvE, and want to do PvP)
Polearm Mastery lvl 1+
Piercing Winds lvl1+ -- good at PvP, bleeding, use with Draw Blood for even more bleeding damage
Farstrike lvl 10
Meteor Rush lvl 10
Glacial Spike lvl 1 -- need vital points

Defense: All lvl 10
